In the interest of safety and efficiency Honor and Glory Farm LLC does not permit hind shoes on any horses boarded on the property. By checking this box, you acknowledge and agree to this.

Boarding Application Agreement
There will be a complete care fee of $350 per month. The complete care fee includes the following: field board with run-in shelter, farrier checks and trims every six weeks, daily attention, annual veterinary vaccines and physicals, biennial rabies, yearly dentals, grooming weekly or bathing weather permitting, and parasite control. Also, no holding fee for vet and farrier visits or additional fees for blanketing and fly masks. This does not include emergency veterinary care or supplemental feed. The semi-private board rate is $450 and stall board with turnout is $550. The first month of board shall be paid upon or before your horse’s arrival to our facility. Monthly fees are to be paid by the 5th of each month. By submitting this form, I grant the owners of Honor and Glory Farm LLC the authority to contact the references/vet/boarding facilities listed on this application. I understand that the information provided in this application will not be released to any outside persons or entities unless required by law. I further understand that this is not the board agreement, but an application. In signing, I here-by attest that the information provided in this application is true to the best of my knowledge. Additionally, as of January 1, 2018, I understand that all fees incurred while boarding my horse must be paid in full prior to the horse’s departure from Honor and Glory Farm LLC.
